Thank you for your willingness to help me manage every one of my difficulties. A Prayer for Casting Your Burdens on Jesus Your abiding presence is my source of hope. Thank you for never leaving nor forsaking me, no matter what. Help me perceive your presence with me at all times and in all situations. Teach me to rely on you for everything I need. Guide me as I navigate through these challenges. I believe that you are my refuge and strength in times of trouble. Give me a deep sense of your presence to bring me peace, please. I lift my heart to you as I’m going through these difficult circumstances. Please help me notice your presence in my life by showing me signs of your wondrous work around me. “Heavenly Father, thank you for promising to always be with me and available to help me. I will strengthen you and help you I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Here’s a prayer for embracing God’s presence in difficult times.: In Isaiah 41:10, God says: “So do not fear, for I am with you do not be dismayed, for I am your God. God promises to always be with you and offer his unwavering support. God’s promise in Jeremiah 29:11 applies to us all: “‘ For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.’” Through prayer, we can connect with the hope we need to keep going through difficult times. It can remind us that God is in control and that he has a purpose for our lives. Prayer can help us to find hope for the future. Difficult times can make it hard to see a way out. 1 Chronicles 16:11 encourages us to: “Look to the LORD and his strength seek his face always.”įind hope for the future. God won’t remove our problems, but he will give us the strength to face them. It can also help us to focus on the positive and to see the good in how God is working in the middle of our circumstances. Prayer can help us to find the strength to keep going. Difficult times can be draining and discouraging. James 1:5 exhorts us: “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.”įind strength to persevere. While God won’t always give us the answer we want, he will always give us the answer we need. Find guidance for managing difficult situations. Prayer helps us seek God’s wisdom for how to manage even the most difficult circumstances.
